The Role
The Director, Human Resources, will partner with senior leadership in North America to drive transformation and culture change as the organization moves towards a true performance culture. A core focus will be a review of current practices and enhancing HR capabilities with a focus on operational excellence. As a member of the global HR senior leadership team, the position with have full HR responsibility across all locations in North America.
The Individual
Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years Business Partner experience in a senior role. They will be strong across the fundamentals of HR especially organization design, talent management, strategic workforce planning rewards and labor relations. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will have developed a cultural fluency from working in global organizations. A strong leader who has superior stakeholder management skills and can effectively influence in a multi-functional regional matrix. In addition this person will have transformation experience and proven ability building a high performing HR function.
