We are pleased to be partnered with a global Fortune 500 technology company in its search for a new Global Head of Talent Attraction to join their expanding Talent team. With operations in over 200 countries, this globally recognized brand has experienced continuous growth. As such, they are looking for a progressive HR leader who will be an instrumental member of the Talent Leadership team and be responsible for building out the global sourcing and attraction strategy ensuring the organization continues to attract and engage top talent around the world.
In this newly created role, and will be building out the new talent “demand engine” and responsible for all outbound sourcing channels. Reporting into the SVP of Global Talent, this position will partner and engage with senior stakeholders within Talent Acquisition to develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies for both active and passive talent in a highly competitive marketplace. With a team of direct reports, this role will design strategy to acquire and incubate talent to facilitate an interview-ready pool of prospects across a broad range of skills segments and geographies. We are looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial and empathetic HR leader with at least 12 years of leadership work experience in a global Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role. You must have a deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategies, and proven success in driving a more proactive vs reactive approach in finding talent for a fast-paced global organization. The ability to influence across all levels of a complex matrix organization and a collaborative mindset is key to success. Bachelor’s Degree required as a minimum, Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, PhD etc) preferred, and technology sector experience is a significant advantage.
