This role primarily reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead the talent development and learning teams. They will drive strategic organizational change initiatives and participate in designing interventions to enhance operational efficiency and talent development. Furthermore, this role will establish the foundation for organizational development and add value to the company’s transformation as a key member of the organization, helping the company achieve sustained and robust growth.
This role requires a minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in organizational transformation and talent development, along with experience in executing organizational change within large enterprises. Strong interpersonal skills, along with agility and flexibility, will be essential for success in this position. Experience in consulting firms is a plus.
