The role, located in Tokyo, Japan will develop and execute talent pipeline strategies and programs that support a consistent flow of qualified, and diverse candidates. Maintain current market knowledge and external trends as well as actively coach any pertinent team members and oversee responsibilities such as: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers with candidates.
You must have 5-10 years recruiting experience; 2-3 years’ experience within a healthcare market strongly preferred. Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools. Excellent English and Japanese both written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills required.
