The Company

We are delighted to partner with a leading fin-tech company to seek a Greater China HR Director to oversee HRBP and HR operations in the Greater China region. The successful individual will be responsible for Japan, Mainland China and Taiwan and will collaborate with HRDs across the region.

The Role

Reporting to the Group HR Lead, the Greater China HR Director will be the Senior HRBP for the technology function for the region. They will provide counsel on HR benefits, talent management, employee relations, and other generalist HR duties. Building trust with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented environment is a critical requirement.  

The Individual

The ideal individual will have relevant experience in HR business partnering and HR operations, and a thorough understanding of Chinese law. They should possess strong soft skills, be adaptable, and capable of learning quickly in a dynamic setting. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders are crucial.
