This role is based at one of the most highly recognized pharmaceutical companies within the Tokyo Market. They have a stable presence and a culture that allows for work-life balance. The successful candidate will orchestrate and execute the HR Strategy and foster delivery to one of the most strategic business units. You will deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, anticipating recruitment needs, etc. You will provide consultative organizational development to drive organizational effectiveness and identifies organizational issues/misalignments that are affecting business operations and results.
Driving implementation of HR processes and accountability through clear guidance is needed from the successful role-holder. Experience working in complex multicultural business environment, ideally bringing in a global mindset and intercultural awareness is essential. You will have a high level of seniority and credibility, the ability to work at an eye-to-eye level with senior leaders in business and in HR.
