The right person will act as a consultant in a large business unit for the company and advise on HR matters to enable the business to run smoothly. Delivering key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, and taking the business unit to the next level will be key. This role reports effectively on HR issues locally to the matrixed APAC and global teams for synergies and best-in-class HR solutions.
Well-rounded HR skill-set and mature communication is needed. Experience working in a complex multicultural business environment, ideally bringing in a global mindset and intercultural awareness will be important. A high level of seniority and credibility, the ability to work eye-to-eye with senior leaders in business and in HR is needed.
