We are working with a prestigious international private equity firm specialising in large-cap investments worldwide to actively search for an experienced Group CHRO to join one of their portfolio companies based in Hong Kong.
This critical leadership role will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with senior leaders to execute a robust fit-for-purpose HR and people agenda. The Group CHRO will spearhead a comprehensive overhaul of all aspects of the human resources landscape related to organisational transformation, strategic workforce planning, leadership succession, change management and communication, and culture. In addition, the role will also involve creating and implementing essential HR policies and processes to establish a solid foundation for total reward and talent management.
This role requires extensive experience in HR business partnering and people leadership, along with a deep understanding of the Asia region and other international markets. As part of the senior management team, this individual will need to be a key contributor and thought leader, helping to shape the organisational strategy. They will leverage data, insights, on-the-ground knowledge, commercial acumen, and relationship management skills to influence key decisions. The HR leader should be comfortable operating within a lean organisational structure and should be inclined towards collaboration and high energy to effectively engage with stakeholders across diverse cultures and functions. Experience in pre and post-M&A activities is highly valued. Excellent communicators in both English and Cantonese is required.
