Our client is a top European luxury brand of fashion and leather goods, constantly ranking in the “Top Global 100 Brands” worldwide and in the Forbes World’s Most Valuable Brands list. They own and operate roughly 300+ stores worldwide and over 50 stores in Japan.
This role will provide HR Leadership and a high level Business Partnering service to support the Retail stores. The individual will ensure internal customers receive the expected value from HR and provide timely, strategic and effective talent acquisition for store management roles across all regions within Japan. This role will provide the opportunity to work on exciting people development projects together with HQ and with corporate functions in Japan.
A robust, fast paced, and confident individual will be required for this role. A strong background in TM, OD, and 5+ years experience is essential. Although retail industry experience is not required, it would be preferred. Strong English communication skills are required for this opportunity.
