The Role

They are looking for a Human Resources Manager, who will effectively be the head of HR for Japan and report directly to the Asia Pacific Human Resources Director located in Singapore. This HR Manager will be responsible for all HR related tasks and challenges including, but not limited to, Talent management & Development, Talent Acquisition, Change management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and more.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will need to be someone who is excited to partner with the General Manager of the Japan business and help grow the business in Japan. Ideally an HR generalist or HRBP looking to step up to a challenge as the head of Japan for HR. Prior experience in the healthcare field is not required for this position.
