The Role
The Senior HRBP will be responsible for leading and supporting business units across multiple regions, ensuring that HR strategy is aligned with business objectives and competitive in the marketplace. The Senior HRBP will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company’s overall strategy and values. This will include talent management, employee relations, performance management, and other HR programs as needed.
