The Role

A pivotal HR Directorship for Turkey has opened up. The HR Director – Turkey requires an excellent understanding of the intricacies and legal frameworks of the Turkish healthcare market. This is a strategic business partnering opportunity in a very high-performance environment. Success in leading Talent Management, D&I, L&D and employee engagement will be critical. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp thinker and strong communicator with excellent pace and language skills.  

The Individual

The appointment will require at least 12 years of broad, generalist HR experience, specifically an in-depth knowledge of driving and sophisticating HR processes and strategies. Strong technical skills are expected, as is the malleability to work in a transforming environment. The role will be based in Istanbul and requires fluency in the Turkish language.
