With a positive shift in HR strategy and exciting plans ahead; we are delighted to be once again involved with identifying high calibre talent, this time looking for a Head of Total Rewards, ideally based in London.
As part of an overall new structure for this important and complex business unit/region, this newly created Total Rewards role will report directly to the HR Director aligned with the geographies; whilst partnering closely with the overall Group Head of Total Rewards at HQ. You will be expected to take ownership and be a key resource for all compensation and benefits matters; balancing corporate strategy versus innovation and design on the ground.
We are looking for an independent, achievement-oriented Total Rewards specialist with significant experience across Europe and ideally exposure to FMCG, Consumer sectors or similar. You should be comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment and possess strong influencing, project and communication skills. A balance of hands on and bigger picture is essential; in addition to some travel in region.
