A global leader in the power tools industry, manufacturing and selling a variety of high-performance products that can withstand even the most challenging conditions. With over 5,000 employees across the globe, they are in a prime position to expand their operations from their headquarters in Japan, accelerating integration and driving transformation.

The Role

The Global Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for the design, implementation and roll out of a global Total Rewards scheme that aligns with the overall People strategy and drives business performance and employee engagement. This individual will also be responsible for managing executive compensation plans, as well as group grading and evaluation policies. The Global Head of Rewards will also act as a Total Rewards expert, providing guidance on market trends and developments to the organisation.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone who enjoys building things from scratch and is not afraid of working in ambiguous situations. An individual who is comfortable with hands-on data extraction when required and are willing to take ownership of a significant globalisation project to help the organisation move forward in their exciting journey. A minimum of 10 years of experience in TR is required, preferably on a global scale, with at least basic knowledge of compensation schemes in the US, Europe, and Japan.
