The Role

The Regional Head of Campus will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development strategies for employees across Asia. This role will collaborate with the regional HR teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop relevant content, and deliver effective training programs.  

The Individual

The ideal individual should be a strategic thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, extensive experience in managing training programs across multiple regions, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. They should also have experience working in an industrial or manufacturing company and be able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
