This newly created Human Resources Director, HR Systems will report to the SVP of HR and will lead the enterprise-wide implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS platform. This is a global role working with key stakeholders across the various business units. This person will be responsible for developing the HR analytics capability. A core focus of the role will be on ensuring the effectiveness of technologies and supporting processes with a view of driving continuous improvement across the HR function and the whole organization.
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Director, HR Systems role will have strong project management and implementation experience. With a background in HR, this person will understand how HR systems can effectively support a high performing, complex and highly matrixed organization. Candidates will have strong leadership skills and proven success managing high performing team and partnering with third party suppliers. They will have experience creating and managing service level agreements in a metrics driven organization. This leader will have strong stakeholder management skills in a global organization. This leader will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to their work.
