With significant growth forecast and a transformative change in its talent acquisition and workforce planning strategy, we are leading the search to identify a forward thinking, highly experienced leader to help build and oversee TA, sourcing and strategic partnerships for the Europe Region. The position can be based potentially in any one of their key European hub cities, including Warsaw, Prague, Barcelona, Greater London, or Brussels.
This is not your traditional Talent Acquisition role. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning with a growing employee headcount across 12 countries, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships to recruit, source and consistently attract talent at all levels and define strategies for channel development, candidate experience as well as metrics and analytics. You will partner closely with HR colleagues, leaders, key stakeholders and external partners in the region support the company’s objectives, business growth, development of a diverse and talented workforce, embedding company values and culture into the Talent Sourcing and Talent Acquisition process, and contributing to the positioning as a prime employer of choice.
To be successful, you will have extensive talent acquisition experience, including talent sourcing and strategic partnerships; gained in regional leadership roles, including Europe. You should have a proven track record of learning agility around innovative concepts, with exposure to strategic workforce planning; and be comfortable with complexity, change management and transformative environments. A skilled relationship builder, both internally and externally and highly developed influencing skills and strong EQ will also be critical.
