The Role
Based in Singapore, the Global Head of Total Rewards is a CoE leadership role supporting employees across different regions globally. Both strategic and operational, this role will develop and lead the effective implementation of the annual strategic Total Rewards Plan. The key success factors for the Global Head of Total Rewards are business partnering, collaboration, integrity and business acumen skills. The role will be a partner, subject matter expert and the go to person for all total rewards matters (including but not limited to compensation and benefits, mobility, rewards and recognitions policies, guidance and solution, as well as HR systems). The Global Head of Total Rewards will work closely with HR and the business community, including the senior leadership team.
The Individual
We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards leader with extensive C&B experience. The successful candidate should have solid regional experience and ideally some global exposure. Experience setting up the Total Rewards function from ground level is highly desirable. Strong communications and influencing skills are essential.
