The Role

The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, Greater China will be responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. In close partnership with the teams at regional and country level this individual will lead the talent acquisition team across all corporate and retail operations to deliver an excellent candidate experience. The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, Greater China will build a strong employer brand and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with market experience in the Greater China region. The successful candidate should have worked at group level and gained experience in both consulting and corporate environments. They should be analytical, self-motivated and solution oriented with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements.
