This is an exciting time to join the company and the incoming HRBP will work alongside a team of skilled and tenured professionals from across the business.
The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the HR team and a fundamental contributor in developing and implementing leading-edge talent processes. Currently reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR, the HRBP will assist in enhancing business performance through organization design, alignment, accountability, culture shift and process improvement. She/he will partner with employees at all levels across the company to better understand needs related to training, career-pathing, organizational development, talent development and succession planning. The HRBP will be responsible for helping to create a talent-centric culture.
The successful individual will be a strong generalist practitioner, with key experience in consumer-packaged goods. A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment balancing employee relation, talent management, recruiting, and performance management, as well as compensation & benefits administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working across all levels of an organization. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize. Knowledge of U.S. state employment laws and regulations is a must, international experience is a plus.
