Our client is a young but already well-established solutions provider for supply chain management. Headquartered in Berlin, the business has been growing internationally with subsidiaries in Asia, North America and Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an individual to prepare for future growth.
The Head of Global HR will lead a team of more than 20, in Berlin and the regions, while reporting to the Board. The tasks include but are not limited to methods of organisational development, business partnering, creating a talent pipeline, streamlining of internal processes, defining and implementing lean and efficient workflows and processes, grading of jobs, labour relations and compensations and benefits.
The fitting candidate will have at least eight years of relevant experience and is used to working in international set ups and highly dynamic business environments. Experience in logistics or consultancies are advantageous. We are seeking someone with a deeply intrinsic motivated personality who makes best use of individual freedom and sets the agenda in partnership with the board and business leaders to support the growth of the company. Conversational German skills are mandatory.
