The Company

Our client is a local conglomerate in the real estate industry. Over the last ten years this business has successfully grown in Greater China and is now looking to  expand its footprint outside this region. At the same time, they are elevating the HRBP team. To do this we are recruiting a Senior HRBP with people management responsibility to join the team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of HRBP, this role will be the HR Business Partner lead for the Hong Kong market with around 1,000 headcount. It will provide a full spectrum of HR support ranging from; consultancy advice, developing talent management strategies, employee engagement, and business partnering. It will also lead a team of two and as the organisation expands, the role will be involved in more regional projects.  

The Individual

We are looking for a high energy and dynamic HRBP with a proven track record and experience in business partnering. The work environment is really fast-paced, and the standards are high. Ideally, this person should have the potential to become the successor to the Head of HRBP.
