We are thrilled be working with a well-known global professional services organisation going through large scale transformation. They service both a B2C and B2B client group and have gone through significant organisational change recently. This has been geared around increasing efficiencies. As such the HR function has had to drive this transformation. The role will be located in Brussels, Belgium.
This role will play a critical role in their ongoing change journey. It will be essential to engage the business and drive cultural change, while understanding and managing each market and its separate challenges, using a multi-faceted approach. With advancements around AI and digitalisation within the business, there is a need to build new talent pools and capabilities across the region. As a true strategic HR business partner, this role will also have operational responsibility for HR in Belgium.
Our client is looking for a strong HR business partner who can create solid relationships with stakeholders, as well as local HR teams in different markets. This person will need to have team leadership experience, will have been through large scale change, knows the Belgium market well, and ideally have multi country experience. Specific industry experience is not critical but a service-related background is preferred.
