We are partnering with a world renowned brand in the consumer space. The business has a long service history and is recognised in the categories in which they operate.
Based in Shanghai, this role will be a strategic HR business partner for the organisation. You will be working closely with the broader HR department to support the rapid business growth and the constant challenge for organisation capability. You will play an important role in talent management and employee engagement. You will be working closely with the business leaders to spearhead the growth and continue to transform the business. They are looking for someone strong in change management, able to deal with ambiguity and fast growth, and passionate about what they do. The organisation is full of energy and would suit someone with entrepreneurial spirit. It will be a lean team, so there will be a combination of both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
You should have proven track record with at least 10-15 years of broad HR experience, preferably from a consumer or retail related industry. Experience working in highly matrixed and complicated companies will be important, as well as strong business acumen. You need to be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English.
