Must be able to collaborate in business discussions, strategic planning, and work through challenges. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability assessment for growth. Integrate people strategies into business plans and address key people risks. Identify change opportunities, plan and execute with business leaders. Drive effective organisation establishment and expansion initiatives. Coach and influence senior leadership, anticipating business needs and developing talent.
