Our client is a market leading global consumer goods company with a specific transformation agenda. As part of their focus on employee experience a brand-new role has been created to design the vision, agenda and execution for Health and Resilience globally. One of the most exciting roles we have seen in the market during 2020 to make a real impact.
The Global Head of Health and Resilience will lead a specialised team of practitioners who are responsible for mental and physical well-being of the employee population. It will be critical to draw together the existing programmes and practices in place, whilst positioning the Health & Resilience function to innovate and optimise into 2021 and beyond. Key stakeholders for this role include the CHRO, Global Centres of Excellence and Global HR Leadership team.
Ideal experience would include Health and Resilience experience at a senior leadership level in a global organisation. Industry exposure is not critical however well-being, health, innovation, and a track record of implementing not just providing the strategy roadmap is key. We would be interested to hear from leaders who have relevant experience from corporate organisations or consulting firms. Preferred location is Switzerland with some flexibility for other major cities in Europe for the right candidate.
