We are partnering with a multinational company, in the broader technology space, to fill a vital leadership role. This organization has an aggressive growth strategy that will see their employee base increase by 30% within the next two years. With this aggressive growth strategy in mind, a key area of focus has been Talent Acquisition. As such, the company is hiring for a new Global Head of Talent Acquisition to manage a globally dispersed and experienced team, and help the organization meet the rapidly changing needs and demands of their client base. This role can be carried out from a remote location.
Reporting directly to the Global VP of HR, the Talent Acquisition lead will partner closely with hiring managers, including executive and C-Suite members, to deliver talent initiatives in alignment with organizational values. This role carries significant leadership and managerial responsibilities and will need to, both strategically and tactically, drive and develop talent teams across the globe. Key responsibilities include proactive utilization of social media and technology platforms in order to uncover at attract hard to find talent pools. The role will call upon the Talent Acquisition leader’s in-depth understanding of global talent, mobility and sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent across the globe. Utilizing a hands-on approach and leadership style, He/she will exhibit the ability to integrate quantifiable outcomes and cross functional workforce plans. Furthermore, the individual will operate in an interconnected manner with clients while casting an eye towards creating a best in class talent acquisition process.
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with global experience, cultural awareness and proven success in high volume recruiting environments, greater than 4,000 hires per year. The successful applicant will demonstrate experience partnering with senior executives and managing globally dispersed teams. Due to the global nature of the role bilingual capabilities will be beneficial. He/she will need to build credibility and display strong influencing skills.
