The Role
An exciting role that will lead the Global Total Rewards team to design and implement components of a total rewards system for the Japan entity. This role will lead the evaluation, compensation and labour of the entire group and be responsible for the design of evaluation and compensation systems (including stock incentives).
The Individual
The ideal individual will have led compensation practices in a high growth organisation and know how to create and deliver market leading systems and processes into the organisation. The person should have 10+ years of compensation experience. You must have experience leading people and influencing key stakeholders. Business level English is required to communicate with the team and a diverse local office.
