This high growth company is the market leader in its field and employs over 50,000 people globally. Renowned and Award winning for its innovation, sustainability and culture/work practices, the company is expanding its operations in Japan and is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Leader to ramp up the business in its start-up a new manufacturing site in Kyushu.

The Role

Based in Kyushu, this Compensation & Benefits Leader will set up, implement and maintain the company compensation and benefits programs in close partnership with HQ. The role includes establishing salary structures and budgets, to achieve competitive employee compensation, monitoring and evaluating benefits programs, and managing annual salary reviews.  

The Individual

Ideal experience includes:
• Extensive experience in Japan compensation and benefits including conducting compensation surveys, collaboration with vendors, develop and implementation of compensation and benefits structures and processes
• Thorough knowledge of Japan’s compensation and benefits market.
• Motivation to work at the strategic and ‘hands on’ level

This role must be based on-site in Kyushu.
