Our client is a well-known MNC in the financial services sector about to embark upon a sizable and exciting change initiative. As a direct result of the transformation the need has arisen to recruit a commercial and strategic HR Business Lead to join the global HQ in London.
Reporting into the Global HR Director this role will engage closely with the business and partner them through the ongoing transformation of the organisation. Whilst this position will cover the full suite of generalist HR, there will be a particular focus on OD and Talent. Using your strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills you will advise, guide and support the business as well as challenge and push back when necessary.
The right candidate will be a truly strategic business facing HRBP with that vital ability to straddle strategy and tactical delivery, as well as comfort working in a fluid and ambiguous environment. Exposure to technology companies, financial services and smaller, start up environments is welcomed and you must have proven experience of working alongside a change and transformation agenda. This is a fast paced and dynamic organisation so a nimble and agile approach is essential, as is the ability to deliver results and remain calm under pressure.
