A global marketing firm with a significant presence across the APAC region.

The Role

The Head of HR will work with global HR leadership to develop and drive HR strategies across the APAC region. There will be a particular focus on upskilling the capability of the HR team and putting more robust systems and processes in place, maximizing the value add of HR regionally. This role heads a sizeable regional HR team and must work closely with COE and business leaders internationally. It will report into the CEO and the Global HR Director.  

The Individual

Our client is looking for an experienced HR leader with an in-depth appreciation of the challenges in different markets across APAC. This individual will need learning agility and resilience in order to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment and to put in place best practices. They will need the capability to develop a deep understanding of the organizational culture and identify the drivers and leadership required to optimize business performance. They will also need gravitas and superior influencing skills to be able to engage with senior stakeholders regionally and globally.
