The Company

This market leading global company is well-known in the manufacturing industry. As the organisation goes through a significant transformation across both the business and HR function, they are looking for a HR Director to support their group functions.

The Role

Based in Paris, the individual will lead a small international team to provide HR support to the Finance, IT, Legal, Communications and Global Business Services functions. The role will provide HR strategy that includes organisational design, talent acquisition, talent development, labour relations, performance management and more. This is a key role within the Group HR team and is highly visible within the organisation, reporting to the CHRO.  

The Individual

You will be a strong international HR Business Partner, with leadership experience in an MNC environment. You are international in your approach, with a commercial mindset and the ability to positively influence various internal stakeholders. This role needs proven knowledge of French and European labour laws, as well as fluent French and English as must-have requirements.
