Our client is a well-known electronics business with a global presence and a great reputation for innovation and high performance. The company is currently undergoing a digitalisation and efficiency optimisation process, which makes it an exciting time to be part of the team.

The Role

The EMEA team is also undergoing transformation to strengthen its capabilities worldwide and ensure that the P&L is in good shape. As the main manufacturing sites are based in Poland, the Polish market plays a crucial role in the function. Therefore, the Senior HR Business Partner, as a critical member of the Operations team, will need to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the unions, factories, and lead manufacturing directors.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in business partnering, gained either from a multinational or a smaller upcoming SME. Understanding the mechanics of the challenges of the unions is mandatory.
