The Role
The Global HR Director will provide the vision and roadmap necessary to expand the company’s dynamic culture and uncommon mission. This position will require a level of agility and flexibility to support evolving demands within a fluid, maturing environment. This role will serve as a hands-on culture champion which elevates the company’s employer brand and supports the growth of the business. This forward-thinking, talent focused, HR leader will have a seat at the table and reports directly to the CFO & COO. As an individual contributor, this role will enjoy autonomy as an HR Business Partner and may have the opportunity to scale the function parallel to revenue growth. The location of this role is flexible in the USA, with a strong preference for Central or Eastern time zones.
The Individual
This role will be charged with helping to further build and codify the company’s culture of success. This individual will be comfortable operating in a fully remote global organization, possessing the demonstrated ability to influence across regions in a digitally native environment. He/she will have a background which includes significant experience impacting the full talent lifecycle (talent acquisition, culture building, talent management, retention, development, and performance) within a growing, entrepreneurial organization. Interested candidates should have additional experience in change management and organizational design to support the company’s double-digit growth trajectory. The right-fit person will be hungry, energetic, and creative and comfortable in a pacey, high-tech, customer-centric business.
