The Role

Leading a team of seasoned HR professionals on a global scale, this role will cover Asia, Europe and the Americas. Leading HR innovation globally and insuring the company is operating at the highest level by partnering with the business leaders will be a top initiative of this individual. As global VP of HR you will be expected to enhance the skills and talent of the HR function as an effective and capable leader across the globe.  

The Individual

An individual with a broad scope of regional coverage for the last 5-10+ years will be a must. Ideally 15+ years in a manufacturing environment. This individual must be financially savvy and a strong economic thinker. Above all else, this individual must be a humble and empathetic leader in order to be successful in this organisation. Native level Japanese is required for this opportunity.
