The Role

As the HR Director for Japan, you will lead a seasoned team of 4-5 HR professionals while engaging with senior stakeholders of the business. This role will report directly to the Head of APAC HR located in Singapore, and partner closely with the two heads of the business in Japan. The successful applicant will need to develop an HR strategy to support the growth of the business, while also motivating and growing the local HR team.  

The Individual

This role requires a high level of fluency in English, and the ability to influence the leadership team to prioritize key people-agendas across the business. This role will suit a strong HR leader with at least 5+ years of management experience and 10+ years as a head of HR for Japan or a business unit.
