Our client is a one of the most successful organisations in the healthcare sector with a global footprint and respected brand. We excited to be working with them in their search for a Group HR Operations Lead, to be based in London.

The Role

In the context of on-going change and transformation, the company are looking to grow their HR Operations function. The role will cover HR systems, technology, process improvement, project management and service delivery. Coming in to the role with fresh and innovative ideas, you will collaborate with your global colleagues and stakeholders to drive change and deliver continuous improvement across the HR function.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have proven and relative HR Operations and process experience in large, complex MNCs. You will be highly adept in project management and able to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the business. An agile and nimble approach is essential, in order to thrive in a changing, transforming environment. Equally you must be competent in a fast paced organisation and comfortable rolling your sleeves up and being hands-on when required.
