We are working with a well-regarded professional services organization with a strong employer brand and a global presence. The company is aggressively expanding in Japan, and as a result wants to strengthen the talent acquisition team. We are helping the to appoint a Senior HR Executive Recruiting Lead in Tokyo.
Similar to agency side, the role requisites will begin with market research and mapping out the talent in competitors. An engagement strategy needs to be in place to attract the top talent and get them into the business. There will be roadblocks and challenges and it’s important for the person to be resilient and overcome them. A senior presence is required as the role will work closely with the senior partners of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, you will also need to work closely with English speaking senior partners. Stakeholder management will be an important aspect of the role. Experience in an executive search role ideally with a professional services organization.
