Employing nearly 1,000 people, the company is well poised to win greater market share. This role is based in Sydney and is hybrid (3 days per week in the office).

The Role

This is a strategic HR leadership role comprising all aspects of ASX listed Board reporting, Board interaction and governance, partnering with the highly regarded CEO & ELT, and managing an HR team of around 18 people. The CPO will be a key enabler in the company’s growth. Priorities include talent management, leadership development, capability development, change management and digitisation.  

The Individual

We are seeking a Chief People Officer with extensive experience in Board reporting, Board interaction, remuneration and governance in ASX listed companies. An accomplished strategic HR Business Partner with a track record of building impactful HR capability in a growing business. This position will suit a fast-paced, pragmatic and extroverted leader with an outstanding reputation of success in ASX listed companies.
