Reporting to the CHRO, the Director, Human Resources will be responsible for end-to-end HR for the Americas region. In addition, this role will have global responsibility for all HR Business Partners across one of the key business units. This Human Resources leader will be responsible delivering effective people-related strategies for the business unit and the region to ensure there is alignment on operational strategies for recruitment, selection, retention, development, labor relations and total rewards. As a member of the business unit and regional leadership teams the Director will provide counsel to leaders in all people-related matters and ensures highest ethical standards are maintained.
The successful individual will have significant experience across multiple areas of HR specialization and cultures and a number of years in a leadership role. Qualified candidates will be proactive, hands on, business-minded change leaders, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives that deliver results. This will include M&A and integration experience. They will also have extensive experience in coaching, leadership development and succession planning with demonstrated success in building talent pools and leadership pipelines. In addition, they will have experience in global, roles and will have developed a cultural fluency along with knowledge of international labor laws.
