The Role
This position is heavily business development oriented. The key audience for this offering includes heads of Leadership Development, Talent Management OD, and HR Transformation in major US markets. The role will be tasked with expanding the company’s US client base and will also consult to the firm’s existing clients – broadening the offering and helping to facilitate leadership development programs. This position could be based out of any location in the United States (with a preference for a major metropolitan area).
The Individual
We are looking for someone who has developed a strong and active long-term network of HR and Talent Management professionals in the United States. Because this role has a heavy business development requirement, you need to be able to demonstrate and articulate a solid understanding of how a strong HR/Talent/Leadership Development function can add value to a business. Absolutely ideal (but not essential) would be experience selling (or working with) L&D e-solutions. An alternative background would be significant HR leadership experience, preferably gained in Leadership Development and Talent Management/OD roles in a multinational corporate environment. In this case, candidates should be very well networked with their peers and comfortable with the notion of sales. Executive presence and strong facilitation skills are essential to be able to support consulting services at the levels required.
