Recently, the company embarked on a major global strategy to shift their product portfolio to focus more on delivering technology/digital services alongside their traditional business services. The organization has invested in capabilities and expertise in key industries and geographic markets, and made several acquisitions in order to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. The role of Director, Global HR Business Partner is based in the New York office and has global responsibility.
Reporting to the Vice President of HR, the role will work across several business units and provide both strategic and operational HR support to business leaders. The successful applicant will have the acumen to build credibility with fast-paced, innovative business and technology experts, and to support the various initiatives aimed at addressing the needs of the marketplace.
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR generalist who is experienced in working in the technology industry to support various change management initiatives related to business transformation. This role will suit a strong relationship builder with knowledge of technological trends and technology product portfolios. Commercial acumen is a must, as well as a strong presence to build credibility among leadership teams. As this is a global role, the individual will require cultural acumen to support operations from various locations and major hubs around the world.
