The Director, HR Business Partner is a global strategic opportunity supporting key business units with presence in New York City and globally. Key responsibilities will center around organizational capability and development, talent management and succession planning, compensation and incentive planning, performance management and HR strategy. The HR Business partner sits in a dynamic and energetic environment as it interfaces extensively with leadership in Europe and NY as well as local counterparts. This individual will bring HR expertise and business understanding to their client, and assist in influencing, coaching, and counseling employees and managers throughout all business cycles.
We are looking for a high-potential individual with an in-depth understanding of financial services industry and experience working in banking, financial technology, research, or consulting within an international capacity. This individual must possess strong business partner skills, be self-driven and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous setting. The ideal profile will have a solid background in OD and talent management, in addition to bringing innovate practices to bear in the areas of employee and cultural engagement and inclusion.
