The Company

We are delighted to be working with one of the largest consumer healthcare businesses in the world to appoint their next Director of Talent Acquisition for APAC.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in England, the Director of Talent Acquisition, APAC will manage a team of four. This role has the overall responsibility for the delivery of talent acquisition in 15 countries across APAC, and will work as part of the leadership team to manage their external RPO partners to drive efficiencies and excellence.  

The Individual

We are searching for an individual with significant experience in Talent, preferably within a consumer products environment. Key to this role will be supporting and strategising the needs of the region, collaborating with HR business partners and leaders to provide a seamless service to the business. This role will require a strong leader and team player with exceptional influencing skills.
