The Role

The Vice President of Talent Management will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to develop and retain highly skilled employees. This role is critical in shaping the company’s culture, promoting employee engagement, and driving organisational success through effective talent management practices. The person in this position will have a global scope of responsibility and will oversee various areas such as talent philosophy development, succession planning, organisational design, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role should be based in Denmark or willing to relocate there. They should have the skills to identify and apply effective talent management practices that lead to positive business outcomes, taking things from good to great. The candidate should be known for building high-performing teams that work well together. They should also be able to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment. Familiarity with multiple Talent Management and Value Creation methodologies is a plus, as is the ability to share examples of continued success over the years. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of talent practices and a broad understanding and experience in learning and development and capability-building solutions.
