The Role

The Global HR Director directly reports to the BU President based in China, with a dotted-line reporting structure to the China Country Head of HR. The Global Human Resources team crafts the people strategy and talent roadmap to align with the overarching business objectives of the BU. The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing HR policies, processes, and operational procedures to enhance organisational optimisation. This includes workforce planning, fostering a culture of excellence, recruitment strategies, performance management, competency development, and initiatives for retention and engagement.
