As a mission driven social impact organization working with a broad range of public and private clients, our client manages large-scale, global, social, and economic change initiatives across a network of 90 countries. Their Americas region is experiencing significant growth and as a result, they are looking for a VP Human Resources for the Americas region to help them build out future-focused HR strategies.
Reporting to the Managing Partner for the Americas and dotted line to the CHRO, VP Human Resources will lead the HR team for US operations. This includes a global population of 2,000 employees. This is a true strategic Business Partner role – responsible for leading the HR function during a time of significant transformation, helping to upgrade HR and embed best practice into the organization. The company is also experiencing significant growth, and this will continue both organically and through acquisitions. This means that there will also be a strong focus on culture building as employees integrate into their new organization.
The successful candidate will be a senior HR business partner with leadership experience working in organizations recognized for world class HR. Able to build scalable systems and processes that fit the business, ideally, you’ll have worked in consulting, professional services or within the public sector. You are a strategic thinker experienced working in a services-oriented organization, able to deliver complex people-based solutions. Proven capability in driving change and transformation is a must. Additional key criteria include demonstrable expertise in coaching, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
