We are pleased to be working with a leading player in the medical technology sector. This is a Fortune 500 company with an emphasis in valuing diversity and workplace equality. Owing to the expansion and growth plans in APAC, this is a newly created role based in its regional headquarters – Singapore. The organisation has achieved 40 years of continuous growth globally. Across APAC, the headcount is about 4,500 strong.
Reporting to the APAC Director of Compensation & Benefits, this role will lead all Compensation & Benefits matters for the region. You will be developing and directing the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs based on Global frameworks to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that all policies in the region are following applicable country regulations. This role requires partnering with the business leaders to ensure the strategy is aligned with business needs.
The successful individual should have at least eight years of HR experience with a focus in Compensation & Benefits. You should have experience covering total rewards within APAC, working closely with regional/global teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing and coaching skills, as the role will liaise with senior stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation. Prior experience in Workday proficiency and an exposure to Sales Incentive Plan design is a plus.
