Despite only being in existence for slightly over 20 years, the company has experienced robust growth globally and is currently over 260,000 employees. They have been named one of the world’s most admired IT services company and in 2017 they were featured on Fortune’s Future 50 list.
Reporting to the APAC Director of Talent Acquisition located in Singapore, the head of TA for Japan will be fully responsible for all areas of recruitment and empowered to communicate with the business on talent agendas such as marketing and PR for the business, sourcing methods, budget optimization, and more. This individual will manage a team of 5-6 and also manage an offshore sourcing team. This company is a truly global organisation in which English is used every day, and it is a very matrixed, fast-paced environment. This is a commanding and challenging role for even some of the most seasoned TA professionals in the Japan market.
This individual must have 10+ years of recruitment experience, and ideally both agency and in-house experience. Experience within the IT industry, and team management experience will be strongly preferred. This person must be able and willing to work with multiple business stakeholders in both English and Japanese.
