Based in Sydney (Chatswood), this HR Director role sits across all operational and strategic requirements. It is a 6 month contract that will ideally start in mid to late May and attracts a remuneration level of circa $180K plus superannuation. The role leads a small team including business partners who work with the Regional COE. This role partners with the MD and sits on the SLT. You will be required to lead the ongoing change and transformation agenda. From an HR generalist perspective your tool kit over the term of the contract will require performance management, recruitment services, succession planning, employee engagement, cultural development and training and development. You are able to add commercial value at the executive level, lead the organisational change effort and ensure the transformation results in greater employee engagement.
Your natural style will energise employees, as you collaborate and partner. You will need to be a driver for change and prepared to challenge the status quo as and when required. You really do have an ability to manage the bigger picture and the commercial implications and imperatives. You have the confidence and ability to coach the SLT through organisational change. Ideally you have a track record in contributing to the strategy and vision, are known as a trusted advisor and partner able to drive multiple projects and lead high performing teams. It will be an advantage having international experience and an organisational design background to assist with the transformation work.
