Our client is one of the leaders in the distribution and personalisation of consumer healthcare products, headquartered in Europe. They have a strong international presence in more than 20 countries and more than 15,000 employees, of which around 500 are in the Netherlands. The company is looking to strengthen its HR leadership as they continue to build a high-performance and values-driven organisation in a fast-growth environment.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Netherlands, and functionally to the Senior HR Director, EMEA, the Head of HR, Netherlands will be managing a team of ten. Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, this role will be the key change driver in further building the company’s high-performance culture. The Head of HR, Netherlands will work with key partners such as the country leadership team, the international HR community and local key stakeholders to foster people excellence and develop workforce plans with attractive career tracks and talent development initiatives.
The company is looking for a candidate with a minimum 10 years’ solid HR experience, especially in business partnering and talent management in fast-growing and complex environments. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong business acumen, embody modern, progressive HR leadership and be an analytical and strategic thinker who drives HR transformation. Familiarity with international context and cultural sensitivity is essential.
